6. Payments and Transactions
Task Posters are responsible for funding task payments, which are held until task completion.
Task Workers will receive compensation upon verified task completion.
Fees and transaction terms may vary based on the services provided and will be outlined in your account settings or task agreements.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, and intellectual property on GainTask are owned by or licensed to GainLabs LTD. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm GainTask or its users.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
GainTask is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free services, or any specific results from using the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GainTask and GainLabs LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
